1. RoloFlex PRO offers a full featured Report Writer (upgrade from personal) including leadcards, mailing labels, Envelope Printer, and output on all reports to excel, word, or PDF. In addition, PRO offers a "status" entry instead of "Rep2" where you can customize a status for each entry.
2. RoloFlex EMail Module allows you to send pre-written repetitive inquiry emails to individuals, or send plain text emails for business to select groups of RoloFlex entries. Each recipient receives an individual email from you.
3. RoloFlex TimeTracker is included, and allows invoicing for time tracked by the module. A Clock Timer is built into TimeTracker, plus project categories. Send .PDF invoices, statements, and output reports. Track expenses too.
